Explosion-proof truck weighing scale

DCS-B explosion-proof truck scale, designed and produced by our company, obtained the explosion-proof certificate of conformity issued by “China National Quality Supervision and Test Center for Explosion Protected Electronic Product”. The whole machine including balance body, sensor and meter can be used in hazardous areas containing explosive gas and dust. User should choose the right electronic scale and relevant parts according to area explosion class.

DCS explosion-proof truck scale mainly consists of platform (full steel structure or ferroconcrete), explosion-proof sensor, junction box, shielded cable, power supply, weighing meter, printer and PC weighing software.

Weighing process:

The platform of explosion-proof truck scale is installed on the base of hazardous area, and other parts like weighing meter is usually installed in safety room. The truck proceeds to platform at the speed of 3~5km/h. During weighing, software performs data processing and storage, and then printer prints out the relevant info.
